Artist Statement

Tail Mail is a 30-minute long contemporary dance performance inspired by nature in all contexts of human, earth and animals. This performance explores the internal and external relationship of bodies with the nature; such as the elements of earth, soil, wind and in contrast to these, inorganic plastic and other materials that are left by humans in nature. Inspired by Piper the cat, the performance will raise awareness of the creatures we share life with in and around the BeltLine.
