Artist Statement

What is it that grounds us, the earth or sky? By using the Atlanta BeltLine as a universal conduit from which all viewers will interact with Structure in Orange and Blue, the work will appear to change shape/form as one moves about the piece. It is within this desired interaction that the piece will be ultimately realized as portions of the work shift from interacting with earth to sky and conversely sky to earth.
