Artist Statement
Pallet Bench is a work of art designed to slow people down and give them a place to take a break, have a picnic or people watch on the Atlanta BeltLine.
Artist Bio
Edell Carson Parker III is a Residence Director for the Savannah College of Art and Design – Atlanta campus. He holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from SCAD.
